Hire:

  • 50% booking fee will apply
  • Booking fees are non-refundable
  • Cancelled orders may be subject to additional charges
  • The customer must take good care of all the items hired and accept them in good condition
  • The customer must ensure underwear is worn
  • The customer must return all items by the due date and accept a charge of £30 a day thereafter
  • The customer will pay the full retail prices for any items that have been lost or damaged or require dry cleaning due to being badly soiled
  • The customer must collect the hire on the agreed date and try on the garments on the day of collection. Any unsatisfactory garments must be reported no later than 10am following the collection date. After this, Taylor Made Kilts cannot accept any responsibility
  • Although every effort will be made to have garments available for the collection date, the actual hire is deemed to commence at 10:00am on the function date

Made to Measure:

  • 50% booking fee will be required at the time of booking for your made to measure outfit, suit or individual items
  • Booking fees are non-refundable
  • Cancelled order may be subject to additional charges
  • Final balance must be paid 1 week before the agreed collection / delivery date
  • Upon collection, it is the customers responsibility to ensure that the items that they are collecting are the correct items and are the correct fit.

Delivery:

  • A delivery date and time will be agreed and signed for by the customer as part of the completion of the overall booking
  • The delivery cost will be added to the total transaction amount before any booking fee is calculated
  • Due to the delivery cost being added to the overall booking amount, the booking fee for the delivery will be part of the overall 50% booking fee
  • The final balance will also be part of the remaining payment balance that must be paid 1 week before the agreed delivery date
  • Any required changes to the delivery date and / or time, must be communicated with Taylor Made kilts at least two days before the agreed delivery date
  • It is the customers responsibility to check that everything that has been booked, is present when receiving their delivery 
  • If no-one is present on the agreed date and time to accept delivery and Taylor Made Kilts has not been made aware, the items will be taken back to the shop, the full outstanding amount for the booking will be taken from the original payment card and it will then become the responsibility of the customer to collect from the shop

Cancellation Policy:

  • The booking fee of 50% is non refundable or transferable
  • In the event of the order being cancelled up to 6 weeks before the collection / delivery date, a charge of half the hire price will apply
  • In the event of the order being cancelled up to 3 week before the collection / delivery date, full charges will apply
